DR. Lekha Nath Bhandari
Lekha Nath Bhandari is the Founder Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of this company. He has a wide range of experience for more than 25 years in Nepal’s tourism business as one of the successful entrepreneurs. He is the Managing Director of Ample Travels Pvt. Ltd. and, Ample Trekking Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Bhandari is also the promoter of Mega Bank Nepal Ltd. and founder Vice President of Digo Paryatan Co-operative Limited. Along with his professional expertise, Mr. Bhandari holds an M.A in English, from Tribhuvan University, M.Phil from Pokhara University with extensive research on Tourism, and Ph. D. in Aviation and Tourism from Singhania University. He has done both professional, and academic research in the areas of Nepal’s Tourism and Aviation. His several research articles are published in various national and international journals and books. Mr. Bhandari is the former president of Lions Club of Kathmandu Horizon, and the Advisor of Village Tourism Promotion Forum Nepal (VITOF – Nepal). He is also a Board Member of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), which is a significant part of Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation. Mr. Bhandari represents the entire private tourism sector in CAAN.
Prof. Dr. Baikuntha Poudel
Dr. Baikuntha Poudel is the Founder Director of this company. He is a Professor of English at Central Department of English Studies, Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur. He is recently retired from his University Job. He is one of the few experts in Eastern Culture, and Philosophy, Hinduism (Yoga, Meditation and Tantra), Buddhism, and Taoism. Dr. Poudel is also an Interpreter and Translator of Chinese Language, and a life member of Nepal Council of World Affair (NCWA), China Study Centre (CSC), and Tourist Guide Association of Nepal (TOURGAN).
Dr. Khem Raj Bhattarai
Dr. Khem Raj Bhattarai is a founder director of this company. He has experience in research, conservation, and management for more than 25 years. He received his M.Sc. degree in Botany in 1991 from Tribhuvan University. He holds M. Phil in Ecology, and Ph. D. in Biodiversity from the University of Bergen, Norway. He started his career from 1992 as a Botanist/Scientist in the National Herbarium and Plan Laboratories, under the Ministry of Forests. From 2013-2015 he served as a Joint Secretary to the Ministry of Forests, Government of Nepal. He resigned from the post of Joint Secretary in 2015 and worked in Sheridan College, Canada from 2016-2017. During his stay in Canada, he completed courses of Canadian workplace culture, project management. His research articles are published in the form of books, book chapters, and journals. He has served as a board of director from 2068 to 2072 BS in the Government-owned Herbs Production and Processing Company Ltd. Currently, he is a Director of Gorkha Ayurved Company and Chairman of Gorkha Organic Herbal Farm Pvt Ltd. He has traveled around 40 countries in the world in connection with study, seminar, visits, and vacation. Dr. Bhattarai has received a BD Pandey Award from Association of Plant Physiologists of SAARC countries.

Kaladhar Baral is the Founder Director of this company. He is Chairperson and Managing Director of Plan Holidays Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. and Plan Holidays Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Baral is the Treasurer of Nepal National Tourism Entrepreneurs’ Association (NNTEA). He is also associated with Godhuli Foodland & Events Pvt. Ltd. as a Director since 2015.
